The Student Guild would like to formally invite you to our annual Guild Ball. Enjoy a captivating evening filled with live entertainment, drinks, food, dancing and more!

The 2019 Guild Ball will have allocated seating. See instructions below on how to start a group so you're sitting with your friends.
Starting a group:
Step 1 - Round up your Guild Ball crew
Step 2 - Decide on a group leader
Step 3 - Come up with a group name (prizes for most creative group name)
Step 4 - Group leaders will need to ‘create a group’ on Eventbrite
Step 5 - Group leaders will then send your group’s link to the crew
Step 6 - Everyone in the group will need to click the link to purchase tickets
Step 7 - Check that your tickets have been emailed to you
Step 8 - Start thinking about what you’re going to wear

Please note:
• Starting a group does not mean you have reserved a table or reserved tickets for the people in your group. To reserve a place, tickets must be purchased.
• Tables are up to 11 people. Groups of less than 10 may have others at their table
• Groups over 11 will be placed onto adjoining tables. E.g. if you have 20 in your group you will be placed on 2 tables next to each other
• Even if you are purchasing a single ticket you will still need to start a group. Groups can be any size.

Terms and conditions:
• Tickets are refundable up until 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given after 7 April.
• For those purchasing student tickets, a current Griffith Student ID card must be presented on entry.
• Non student tickets can only be purchased by Griffith University Gold Coast students.
• This event is strictly 18+. Proof of Age ID required. Current 18+ card, Driver License (in English) or Passport accepted.

By purchasing a ticket to this event you consent to the following:
• The Student Guild, its employees or agents photographing/filming you and using an image of you that the Student Guild thinks fit in its absolute discretion to promote the Student Guild and its events or activities
• All rights to the image are that of the Student Guild
• Release the Student Guild from any claim by you, or on your behalf, arising out of the Student Guild’s use of any photograph/video of you.
